umm well for some reason my phone broke... its a Sony Ericsson W580i .... i was talking on the phone with a friend on my way home, then i had to find my keys to get into my house so i hung up and put my phone in my bag to go look for my keys. It didn't take long and i immediately went to my room and i was about to phone my friend again but my phone only opened half way for some reason, so i tried closing it but it wouldnt close either...
and so im wondering what rogers' broken phone policies are for this... because i didnt really break it, since it broke on its own, but it kinda does have physical damage since i got frustrated after a while and tried forcing it closed which caused the keyboard to suddenly crunch up...so now there is a small but visible crack in the keyboard but yeah....
so i looked on the website and i didnt really find what i was looking for... can anyone kinda explain or tell me whats the best thing to do? because i LOVE my phone model... i dont want a re-furbished one cuz i heard they are still crap... and i dont wanna pay for a new one... it said something around $30 for a repair (on the site) but i dont want to be phoneless for 7 weeks T_T
