What are some cars similar to the Acura RSX or Acura TL?

looking for a car for my son and i would like to get him one of these because they are a nice car and safe and dependable, but i would still like to be able to consider similar options, any suggestions?

small cars aren't going to be too safe but they are nice... if you want safe, hondas and toyotas have the best rating. For sportiness you can go with eclipse gt, hundai tiburon, toyota celica gts, bmw 325i, Volkswagen gti, lexus is300. (look them up see which ones are safest, they are all nice/sporty/similar cars)
