What are some cool things to do to my new SUV?

Things to make it look nicer without having to spend much, the interior mainly but the exterior as well. Even some cleaning tips would help, I have a difficult time making it spotless.
It's a 98 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. I am not interested in engine mods or anything, just things to make it look and sound nice.
 
Well first off it would be nice to know the make, model and color of the SUV. If it is an American SUV, i would suggest doing a K&N intake, Bully Dog programmer, a set of Flowmaster 40 series pipes, a few subs, and even some wheels, that usually makes it amazing.
