So I have tried all kinds of diets and trying to work out and eat healthy. But i always try to do it all in a day and then quickly give up. Since I am a young teen I don't know alot of recipes. But i figure if i stick to dance class and swimming once a week if I eat helthy it will slowly start to show. So I need recipes for breakfast before school, what I can make and pack for a lunch and a small snack for after school that is tasty too!
