All I have is a fridge (no freezer) and a microwave.

I'm really wanting some easy desserts or snacks that I can make a bunch of and store for in between meals and sharing with my friends.

Any easy dinner ideas are welcomed too. I'm getting pretty tired of sandwiches and salads.

Thanks so much!

Ever have bisquick its cheap and you can make alot of things try this chicken finger recipe http://www.recipezaar.com/Bisquick-Chicken-Fingers-159253

u can do a lot with english muffins, but u'd have to get a toaster. u can use pb&j, tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad. if they sound good just google the recipes, all it takes is mayo really. u can also try getting some tortilla wraps and make some good ones with things like ham, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato...just use ur imagination. U can also get a tub of potato salad, macaroni salad, stuff like that to keep in the fridge.

Youd be amazed what you can do with a microwave may not be as good as the real thing but it'll do. You can keep chicken in the fridge season it up microwave a breast piece shred it (can also use leftovers KFC etc..) place the shredded chicken on a tortilla shell top with cheese and another then nuke it cheap easy quesadillas. You can also just shred up the chicken and save in the fridge to use for numerous things quick reheat put over chips and salsa melted cheese or take a pound of hamburger chop it up and nuke it til its done mix with taco seasoning. Save it in the fridge it has a ton of uses take out reheat for beef quasadillas tomake some really good nachos you CAN microwave noodles you just gotta keep a close eye on them to not get mushy add burger and some speghetti sauce ta-da. Desserts depends on what ya like melt chocolate chips in the microwave and dip strawberries and other fruits in it and then fridge them to set the chocolate also great is dip pretzals graham crackers or jet puffed marshmellows. You can buy mixes for no bake cheesecake mix it up and keep it in the fridge a really good thing is melt peanut butter mix it into the cheesecake mix then let it set up and use the instant shell chocolate ice cream topping pour a full solid shell over top of the peanutbutter cheesecake its like a reece's pie delicious :-) theres lots of things just gota realize whats versatile. Also boil in a bag rice comes out perfect in the microwave and has a TON of uses including just heating up some can
