What are some foods you can prepare and cook in multiple ways?

I'm talking like rice. You can put any meat, any cheese, any sauce in it and it'll be good.

What are some other low calorie foods you can do the same with?
 
Chicken.....you can put it in salads. pasta.make a rice bowl, or slice it up with salsa for chicken tacos
