I'm just starting to get into to anime. So any suggestions are welcome. I can never remember the names of the animes I like. But one I really liked had a guy in a hat and I think he had glasses he was evil as hell looking and he was the good guy. If I remember correctly he was also dead. also he shot stuff like out of his body.
