What are some healthy foods to eat?

I just wanted to know how much of something to have a day. Such as dairy and stuff. What is the serving size. Also I'm looking to lose 15 pounds, what foods should I eat that are healthy? And I have this horrible back fat, what can I do to get rid of it. It's at the bottom of my back. Sorta near my hips.
 
My Bio teacher told me that if you eat a banana a day it will cure almost anything in the future. Like sicknesses and stuff. I'm not to sure how true it is but its worth a try.
