What are some healthy (non-fattening) meals I could make out of this stuff in my

kitchen (more details inside)? Here's all the healthy stuff I have in my kitchen:

FRUIT
2 Pears (i am unsure whether or not they are ripe, but I was going to try one tomorrow. They are green with sort of pink bruise looking marks. In some spots they are tender.)
Tomatos
Fruit Cups
1/2 Apple
Apple Sauce

VEGETABLES
Carrots (mini)
Raw Okra

CHEESE
Mini Babybel Cheese
Kraft American Singles

EGGS

BREAD
Wheat bread and wheat mini bagels

CEREAL
Some special K
and MILK

CASHEWS
and
RAISINS

I'm not talking about actual sit down meals where I have to cook and all that. I'm a kid...I can make grilled cheese, omelettes and scrambled eggs. Things like that. But I'm willing to learn so if there's something I have to cook, please give details. THANK YOU!

Firstly, eggs and cheese aren't healthy. The Canada Food guide makes you think they're healthy, but dairy products are fattening and will clog your arteries. Just to let you know ;)

You can always cut up the fruits you have, apples and pears, and add in some nuts, with a little bit of yogurt and ice cream and have sort of a fruit shake.

If you have brown sugar and cinnamon, you can cut apple slices and lightly dust these with brown sugar and cinnamon. Very tasty!

Throw in some raisins with your cereal? I dunno.

Hope this helps a little bit
