What are some nice features on GTA:The Ballad of Gay Tony?

I know there is fighting,base jumping,clubbing,etc..but what are some cool things you can do on there? I'm asking because I plan on buying it some day,and just want to know. Also,what do you think is the nicest car on there? And,what all can you do with your cell phone? I saw a video of someone playing it on youtube,and Luis was video-taping a girl at a club...is that possible,if so,what's the purpose? Is it a replacement for a camera?
{The only GTA I own is GTA:San Andreas}
