I am looking for the pros and cons of having a student lounge at my school for the seniors that dont have a class. They could go there and study, chat, and relax.

I figured out the hard way that senior lounges are kinda stupid. There needs to be supervision and log sheets because people trash them and screw around and do stupid shit in them cuz they are "sooooo cool". It would be nice to have them if people were responsible, cleaned up after themselves, did what they were supposed to, didn't have major makeout sessions, or other stupid stuff. They would be a great place to do your homework in a descently quiet place with few interruptions and no stupid freshman or other under classmen.
