What are some really good photo editing apps for android?

I really like to edit pictures and make wallpapers with them. I have tried a lot of apps but they wasn't all that good... I would like for them to be free because my dad won't let me buy anything from the play store, but any help would be much appreciated

well, i use instagram, but i don't add any friends - i just edit my photos and copy them from there!
