This might not be a good answer but I wouldn't get one. It's like having a bigger version of the iPhone or iPod Touch. It's pretty light so that's good but why not just get a small laptop instead? I have the iPhone so the iPad is useless to me. The iPad only connects to Wifi and it doesn't have Flash. And if you live in a big city like me, it's more of a chance of someone trying to steal it. I know a lot of people have bought the iPad but I have never seen anyone on the street or train with it out. Kinda pointless.
