Pros:
- Very fast download speed
- If for whatever reason you are downloading copyrighted material, it is difficult to be caught

Cons:
- Not user friendly AT ALL
- Usually commercial
- Lots more viruses than torrents

It is definitely worth it if you can figure out how to use it and afford it
