What are the benefits of double majoring in nutrition and curriculum&instruction?

Both majors in Bachelor of science. The nutrition degree with CADE certification/internship and the curriculum & instruction degree in bilingual education.

Would that be way too ambitious and very hard to handle?

In my opinion it is too ambitious to handle and it would probably take six years, full time, to complete. Plus I do not see any benefit to such a double major because there is no overlap and there is no career enhancement to doing such a major. Instead I would recommend focusing on the nutrition major and forget about the curriculum & instruction.
