What are the best hiking trails in the Smoky Mountains?

I'm going to the Gatlinburg side of the Smoky Mountains this spring. There are dozens of trails to choose from and having not been there before, I want to take the best ones! I don't care if they're a little tough, my husband and I are both pretty fit, but I want good views and scenery to take pictures! What ones have you been on that you thought were the best?
 
I live in Knoxville, TN and I would recommend Charlie's Bunion. Its an off-putting name but its a beautiful, moderately difficult trail.
