What are the best settings for using a 320x200 game full screen under DosBox?

No matter what I do, it looks bad. The aspect ratio is wrong, or pixels are doubled vertically in some places, or it's not taking up the full screen. I am at wit's end. I am wanting to play Might & Magic II (and yes, I have a legit copy on a real old CD from Software Toolworks).
