What are the best tour operators for disabled people wanting a holiday?

I want to go on holiday with my disabled sister next year. An all inclusive holiday with disabled access. She's not wheelchair bound but permanently walks with a stick. If you've had a great holiday with decent disabled access then please let me know. Thanks in advance.
