i tried out for cheerleading and made the squad but since the team was little we did not do a summer camp we did a one on one camp an our first day of practice yesterday we strecthed and worked out with the high school cheerleaders and my thigh muscles started to tingle then i went home and went to sleep woke up and i was in pain when i moved i tried every thing from ice bath to warm water to salt bath to heating pad but nothing worked i think it is just muslce soreness i don't think i pulled any thing but i have practice tomorrow and i am main base and don't want to be lifting people in pain plz help
