I have to pay for my own cellphone. i just got a job and am looking to get a smartphone. I would like to get an android phone (prferably HTC). what are the best plans? i want something that is fairly cheap. all i want is text messaging and data. are there plans that dont include calling? what are the cheapest cellphone providers. oh also i live in canada.
