What are the effects of Microdermals on sex?

I am currently looking into getting hip microdermals to add to my collection, but am curious about how sex will work with them, once they are healed. Basically, I'm curious about whether or not you'd have to be careful every time you have sex, or they're generally tough enough that they won't be ripped out on the slightest contact.
