i am 17 and i play rugby 4 times a week for my club , i can do 45 press ups and 48 sit ups in a minute, i can run 1.5 miles in 7mins and i had 13.7 in my last beep test 2 months ago
Your fitness level is good. But start getting some road running in - you'll need the stamina - preferably with standard issue boots. DPM trousers and backpack with increasing weight, because that's what you'll be wearing on most of the tabs - plus weapon.
One of the biggest problems on basics is foot blisters mainly down to feet being soft and getting used to boots. Get yourself a few pairs of 1000 mile socks - my son swears by them and rarely gets a blister, even on deployment.
if you can do that i wouldnt worry about fitness requirements as you already seem like you would be way ahead of the curve especially on the run 7 mins for 1.5 miles thats pretty insane to me.the only other thing you need to start practicing is chin ups and you should be set with that sort of fitness.
