What are the legal implications involved in starting a travel company?

For a commerce assignment for school i have to create a travel company and discuss thing such as places, accommodation, prices, transport, group organisation, special activities and equipment provided. I also have to consider the legal implications involved.
I have no idea what they would be and have been unsuccessful in finding any information about it. Does anyone know???
