What are the major charter/cruise lines in the us virgin islands?

Is it hard to get a job with them? Where do the ships usually go/ dock? Is lodging provided on the ship for employees/ how long? How much do they pay (does the usvi have a minimum wage)? What type of jobs are available? Are they hesitant to hire from the mainland? I know thats alot of. Questions but any answers you might have would most appreciated
