I'm on Weight watchers and would like to find out how much mustard pickles would be worth point wise. Thanks

Rachael, it should be in your Wight Watches handbook or guide. You have a phone number to call also for that sort of information.

In basics , pickles and cucumbers have very few calories and are made up of mostly water . Aside from the sugar and salt derived from eating them , yes all pickles and cucumbers are very healthy for you to consume . While they are not filled with vitamins with the exception of a few like A ,K and beta carotene . They do contain small amounts of important amino acids .
What is the most important of consuming these fruits is the amount of trace minerals they contain . Trace minerals are the ones your body cannot produce nor store and needs on a constant basis every day . These are very important to your health so I guess you could say a pickle a day to stay healthy and give the Doctor less pay , LOL . Here are a few of the trace minerals : manganese , magnesium , copper , potassium , phosphorus , zinc , selenium .
