It was said that it is not really consuming them that's dangerous You can have some from time to time and still be the healthiest you can be, because you still get enough nutrition from the healthy meals you eat for the day. Now if that was really the only effect, the "lack of nutrition", then we could eat the normal amount of healthy foods in a day and cover it, right?
Or are the instant foods really serving "instant death" whatever that is?
