What are the rules regarding medication transportation on airplanes & cruise ships?
I'm flying from the midwest to Miami, then boarding a cruise ship, destination Western Carribean. Both my husband and I take a variety of prescription medications and OTC medications. It would really cut down on the amount of "stuff" in our carry-ons if we could just fill our "day by day" pill organizers instead of bringing 15 different pill bottles. Is this allowed or must medications be in original bottles? If not in bottles, do we have to have paperwork showing they really are valid prescriptions?
