#1 Blackberry > phone, i-pod, camera, inter-net computer
#2 G.P.S. > never get lost again, know yardage to golf shots
#3 Swiss Army Knife > scissors, screwdriver, can opener
#4 Drummel > drill, sander, saw, polisher
#5 Pocket Rocket > neck massage, foot massage, etc.etc.etc.
#6 Car Door Remote > opens car door, garage, house
#7 Pepper Spray > chases away muggers, dogs, sales ladies
#8 Flashlight > lost house numbers, gadgets, husbands
#9 Bankcard > never carry cash,or see inside of bank
#10 Translator > so Pedro, Jacques, & Klaus will comprendo

Wow, I think this is more a list of what a man needs in his man purse!

What about lipstick, compact powder, eyeliner, hair brush, perhaps some hair spray, keys, glasses, tampons, some perfume, condoms, bank and credit card, some cash, driver's licence and health card?

Now those items are a total necessity!
 
I don't carry a purse and I don't need a bunch of useless gadgets. I have a wallet and a cell phone holster.

it's not a swiss army knife i call it Rambo - and it's a hunters knife. with a compass and stuff in the handle.

no i leave my crafting tools at home. sometimes i'll have some needle nose pliers tho.

aw look a little bullet. again that's not kept in my purse that's kept either in the car or in a special place at home.

Sorry i don't have any remote doors my doors need keys.

Sales ladies HAH AHA that's a good one i should pick up some of that

Flash light i have a lot of those yes in my purse on my key chain. etc

Nope i don't keep money or bank cards in my purse... i keep in on my human.

yeah this is a no go i just don't talk to people i dont understand. sorry!
 
1. I don't need a personal communication device or a camera or the ability to surf the net on my person every time I step out the door! That's lame! I have better things to do than text people or snap photos.
2. Don't need it.
3. That one, I'll give you! They're useful.
4. I don't need to carry a dremel everywhere I go! LOL I have no use for it. Plus it's too big to carry in a purse.
5. If I need a massage I'm going to go home and get DH to massage me. I'm not going to sit in public massaging my shoulder with a noisy handheld thingy.
6. That's attached to my key chain so it goes everywhere with me. That one, i agree with.
7. Good idea too. Especially for sales ladies.
8. Got a tiny portable one on my keychain.
9. In my wallet - don't go anywhere without it.
10. Um. Not an issue here in rural Ontario. lol

I'm not out of touch with technology. I just don't need to carry dozens of gadgets with me everywhere I go. My purse has the things I will actually use: nail stuff, lip balm, a bit of makeup, my wallet and keys, hand sanitizer, girl stuff. I have no reason to carry a dremel, a massager, a g.p.s., or a blackberry. If I did I'd carry them.
 
If you have the right smartphone, you can eliminate the GPS, flashlight and translator. And the drummel can be left at home unless she knows she'll be going somewhere where she'll have a need for powertools.

Wow, out of all of those, I have a bank card, pepper spray, car door remote, and a flash light. Who the hell carries a translator or a GPS device in their purse?
