When I open up a plastic bottle of Coke and look under the cap for the code, there's always a little translucent plastic thingy blocking the way and I have to push it in farther so I can see the code.
What are those things? Are they only in the bottles with the codes? Are they to keep people from just looking at all the bottles in the store and getting the codes without buying the actual product, or are they perhaps put there to keep the ink from the code from leaking into the drink? Just a couple theories but I don't know if they're right or wrong. Anyone know?
