I-T-IS?

Spacing is screwy. Either make no space between I-T or a space between IS. otherwise it reads: 'i t is' when it could be 'it is' or 'itis'.

I spent the whole day playing sodoku while on a plane. Codes or puzzles must be in appropriate even, balanced format for the rest of the day, because my logical process is stuck right now. I spent two hours looking at this ( '0' represents a blank):
