My old PC definitely had a hamster in it - I'm sure it was pre-electricity when it was made (it had Windows 95 on it) and I only retired it a couple of years ago (the hamster was record-breakingly old)!

A long long time ago. Statham came up in conversation at work but tbh I'd never heard of him.

Just spent the latter part of the evening researching Kettlebell workouts to try something out tomorrow, also need to decide where (it'll have to be outside) and if I include skipping rope and any unfamiliar KB exercises. The high pull and snatch are the only two I've never tried and the latter doesn't look forgiving to the uninitiated.
