What are you doing right now?

I have a pint of white praline hot chocolate and marshmallows sloshing round in my stomach at the moment and a health sense of self preservation, so no to the handstand! Besides which my shoulder wouldn't appreciate it!

Having the same argument it seems I've had for going on 15 years. oooof. I really need a break.
 
Sitting here with my mother and grandmother, processing the midday bank holiday alcohol, while my girlfriend promises me she isn't sleepy in between snores. Good times.
 
There was no control there at all. Doesn't count. You need to go slowly into a head stand and them push up into a hand stand. Make sure you tippy toes are pointing to the ceiling. Hold it for 10 and come back down slowly and controlled straight into a seal raise.

I would. But sadly I haven't been able to do it since I dislocated my shoulder a few years back. I used to do as part of my warm up for Aikido
 
Aaah, the old 'my shoulder is not up to it' excuse! I'm currently perfecting that for things like hoovering, dusting and washing the dishes!
 
LOL I could roll out the "I'm old excuse" ... I mean Fish is only 20. Still wet behind the gills.
