What ares of PA are close to Baltimore, MD?

I'm looking for houses in PA but I work in Baltimore, just curious what areas would be the close.

Shrewsbury is probably the easiest as it is right off I-83 just as you cross into PA. Actually anything in southern York County near I-83 would be best.
