what best sealed or ported/vented box?

I just bought two Rockford Fostage P3 12's not too long ago and want to know what people think is the best for these subs? I have a sealed enclosure now, but wanted to know if a vented or ported box would be better? I'm putting the subs in the back for a 2010 Nissan Sentra trunk. I know your next question will be "what kind of a sound are you looking for" I'm look for hard deep hitting bass, but I still want clarity. send me your input and let me know which option I should go with.
 
Sealed enclosures will give you a crisper sounding bass. Some might call it "accurate sounding". Usually your enclosure needs to be bigger if it's sealed. A ported box will sound deeper or "bass heavy" and the enclosure can be smaller.
