What bike is better for me, 21" or 20" top tube bmx bike?

I really need help! I want a bmx bike but I am not sure what top tube length I should look for. I am 5' 6" and 151 lbs if that helps. I had one particular bike in mind, it is called the Verde Vex XL. It has a 21 inch top tube. Would a 21 inch top tube be good for me? Thank You... The link to it is below if you want to check it out...

It doesnt really matter how big or small u are you but if i were u i would get the 21 toptube!!
