What brand paint do I use to paint the fairings of a sport bike?

Just bought a 2002 Yamaha R6, and the previous owner dropped it twice (once on both sides). I want to repainted the whole thing a different color, but I don't know the methods or the type of paint to use on the fairings. Anyone know of the method or step-by-step process to paint a sports bike?

(If you're curious, the bike is red and white. I want to paint it silver and raven grey.)
