...their small children? Its absolutely ridiculous. I understand that kids can be loud. I have a sister and brother that are 10 and 11. The things that I hear are the mother and father screaming the f word and other things so loud that I can hear it almost clearly. I live in an apartment that is pretty well sound proofed.
I've lived here for 4 years and they moved in about 3 or 4 months ago. It's a constant thing. Every day especially around the time that my siblings go to bed ( 9-10PM ). Then to top it off, they vacuum almost every night at 11:30PM- Midnight.
I've spoken to my mom and she doesn't want to start any trouble, but she is only home late at night. I am 21 and still living at home while in school.
Not only is it loud, but its painful to hear kids screaming at the top of their lungs as if their being beaten. I have thought about calling child services but then I fear something would happen to my family.
I don't know what to do. I just wish they would move. I know we can't move, so that's not an option.
Please help me, its so hard to even enjoy a movie without hearing f this and f that.
My family doesn't condone swearing, and my brother and sister hear them as well.
One last thing, they've banged on the ceiling so much that every time they walk in the living room my ceiling squeaks, and in my room the ceiling is developing a crack in it. Its just a hairline crack right now, but it definitely was not their. I would know, i've lived here for 4 years.
