Hi Im trying to get my Fat ass into shape i have been slacking off latly eating everything and not watching my diet. Im 23yrs old and 5'6 and my weight is about 235lbs yeah im overweight but i wanna know if anyone can recomend me any type of workout that can vanish my belly and get me ripped withing time ofcourse i know i dont expect this to happen overnite but i will be dedicated and will stick to it. So can any one show me how to get a good workout to get tone up and what should i start eating?
