What can I do to stop my beagle/shepard mix to stop chewing on everything

A muzzle?

My dog used to chew stuff (it wasn't supposed to) but grew out of it.
 
inside and outside the house? She is 5 mos. old. I even gotten that bitter yuck to prevent her, but that didn't help. She has had about 15 toys that she totally distroyed. I just got a tire biter bone and she is chewing pieces of that off. She also chews on herself at times. and sometimes when you go to pet her she will try to chew on ur hand.. Please help!!!
 
my friend had the same problem. So she bought him a few toys, and everytime she went to chew, she would shove a toy in her mouth and play with her. It worked, she stopped chewing.
