What can I do to stop my ex and his friend from spreading rumors?

ok so these guys that im kinda friends with think im a w h o r e. 1 of them is my ex who i still love so much and the other is his best friend. they think that i want 2 have sex with my ex which is not true (im 12! and in the 7th grade! we all are!). in classs they keep talking loud and saying stuff like that so everyone can hear including my teachers. i don't know what to do. the only thing i ever thought of doing with my ex was making out and we never even did that... please help me!

tell your parents and have them contact the school and have those boy's parents called and have them suspended.

You could tell your parents or talk to your teacher about it. This is abuse and they have to stop.
