What can I do with my LG Rumor now that I have the $15.00 Sprint Vision pack?

I can't get a straight answer with Google or sprint.com, so can someone who has the $15 plan tell me if they can or cannot do these things:

- Recieving picture mail
- Sending picture mail
- External web (not just sprint.com on your phone, I mean MySpace etc.)
- Videos & TV
- Music.

I appreciate it!
