What can I expect out of this Graphics card on CoD4?

I am buying this GFX card http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/eVGA-GeForce-9800GTX-512-MB-PCI-Express-Video-Card_W0QQitemZ200321446118QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Computing_Computer_Components_Graphics_Video_TV_Cards_TW?hash=item200321446118&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1690|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318 to go with this PC: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110358811686&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123 and am wondering what I will get out of it on a 1440x900 screen.

Will I be able to use full settings?
I was previously using a Dell XPS M1330 laptop, what performance difference will I see?
What FPS can I expect?

With a clock speed of 675 MHz, you should be just fine. The performance will increase dramatically - I would expect around 50 - 75 fps. :D
