What can I use to remove scratches from gadgets?

Like my my phone or psp? some of my devices have light scratches and I was wondering if there was a good product to fill them in? I remember when I used to work for a car detailer, we used these filling pens that would fill product in scratches and once buffed out they would be unnoticeable (that is, until the next wash)

Are there any products like this for small devices?
