What causes the horn not to work on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I was wondering what causes the horn not to work on my jeep and what needs to be done to get it fixed and if anyone knew about how much it would be to get it fixed???

fuse,bad connection,bad horn, wiring messed up

Check the fuse. It might be blown.
