What cell/handheld meets my requirements?

I'm looking to get a new phone in the next couple of months.
My main priority is quality of telephony - my current Samsung E760 has very poor sound quality and often (usually) cuts out mid-call.
Other than that, I'd like to be able to access the Internet (mainly Facebook, Hotmail and eBay) in a way that is not impossible to navigate.

Assuming money is no object (not quite accurate) what devices should I be considering?

I love my phone and it's not very expensive, it's a Sony Ericsson W302.

You can get internet access easily on there, the sound quality on phone calls is very very good, you can play music and use it as a walkman, it has a camera, you can store other information on it like a USB, comes with a 512mb card but you can buy up to 4gb cards.
