What could clear secretion from fixed female dog be?

My dog recently has been leaving behind some sort of clear secretion from her vaginal area almost everytime she lays down. Sometimes its just a small spot. Other times the spots are as large as a basketball. She has been fixed for 3 months now. Shes a one year old lab/pit mix. Any help is appreciated.
 
Since she was fixed recently, this could possibly be a serious complication from her surgery. You should call your vet and ask if you should bring her in. I would take her to get checked before it gets any worse.
 
I don't know- but I bet my vet would.

And I would just call in and ask- they may say it's normal and then it'd be free info anyway.
