What could help my red skin/ rosacea?

Im not sure if I have rosacea because I saw pictures of it and my skin isn't like that but it is reddish. My dad has like crazy red i think he has rosacea but im only 12 so I dint know i read that it happens when your older and hes 40 so im not sure. I cant go to a dermatologist because I don't have the money right now but if you know of any products that could help me home made or at stores like Target and/or Walmart that is around $20 or less. And please don't say im to young to worry or w/e you should see some of my classmates.... we don't look 12 years old. And Im sick or wearing foundation and concealer so if you could tell me a good product like a lotion/moisturizer or something please let me know how much it is and where i can get it Please and thank you soooo much!!
