Ok, I want to try and go in to as much detail as I can.
I get this rash on my hands, outside of my hands. I normally get it when I travel to Turkey. It starts out as little pimples, the odd few, then they gradually get bigger and some will join together. When it gets really bad, it spreads a lot but remains on the outside of my hands only.
The texture of them is smooth, no broken or dry skin. Just very bumpy, red and itchy. At first I thought it could be eczema, so I went to see a doctor about it and the doctor agreed that it was eczema and gave me cream to put on daily, 2x a day. I done this and it didn't help.
This rash comes and goes by itself anyway. I used all the cream and I didn't see any difference. Coming back home to UK, the rash had cleared up, so I couldn't go visit my doctor, since I didn't actually have anything to show.
I go to Turkey every year and this rash will show everytime I go. So I thought ok, maybe it could be a heat rash then, since UK is cold compared to Turkey and I go every summer, so it's very hot in the summer time. So I called in to a chemist/pharmacy when this rashed developed again, the man looked at it and said it was a heat rash, something about me being allergic to the UV rays. He gave me cream and told me to avoid the sun as much as possible. So I did and it didn't work either. Then I went to a cooler place in Turkey and the rash cleared up, so I thought ok, it's possible it might actually be because of the heat but later, I went to another place which was even hotter than the other parts of Turkey I've been to, and the rash didn't develop. So it couldn't be the heat. If going to an even hotter place and not a single bump on my hands show, then it's not possible.
Every person I see, I keep getting different answers from. It's really annoying. So I thought I'd try here.
Here's 2 pictures of what it looks like, once I get them printed I think I'll go see my doctor, it's just hard without actually having the rash on my hands to show.
