What crunk/rap song begins with "Run, run, run, run, run, "?

I heard it about a year ago on the hip-hop radio station B96 in Minneapolis, I never caught the artist or song title, so I have no idea what to search for. Searches for "run" on google have lead me in a circle. I *think* 50 cent might have been on it, but it was so long ago I'm really not sure. All I know is there was a sweet intro with a bunch of guys yelling "RUN!" on the upbeat for about a minute. And I don't think they repeated that run part in the song, it seemed like it was only the intro.
Props to anybody who knows this one!!!!!
