What Dentist place would let me travel for a long time with my braces?

Okay.I live in Los angeles,I go to my dads house in June to live with him for a couple of years.He lives in oregon,I really really want braces NOW ! but someone said that If I get braces out here.Ill gave to take them off before I leave to my dads.I need braces now because my teeth are horrible and i dotn wanna wait till I get out there ! Is there like a way i can get braces here.Transfer m info and insurance to oregon and be able to keep them on?
